Definition - Symbols and Symbolic Form
A general definition of the Phrase Symbols and Symbolic Form is: A Symbol is Something that represents Something else.
Symbolic Form may be a given set or collection of Symbols; the media in which the Symbol finds presentation; the visual, audio, sensual presentation or reception for a Symbol; a learned discipline for presenting and/or receiving a Symbol; and all combinations of the above. Thus Symbolic Form may be mathematics, art, music, cinema, literature, language, dance, theatre, etc.
