Web Moments
Web Moments are Assertive Atheist Moments that others create and place on the Web for edification, in the moral improvement sense of the word. Some web sites, like the FFRF, have many other activities also.
Jesus sightings have occurred for centuries, the world over. One of our favorites involves Angus MacDougall here.
The Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) is involved (for two decades) in the cause of promoting, in the grand American tradition, Freedom from Religion. Their regular publication, Freethought Today, contains many topical and relevant features. One of our favorites is the Black Collar Crimes pages - a listing of arrests and convictions of Clergy breaking the law. The FFRF site may be found here. Send them $2 for a sample copy of Freethought Today.
A good number of folk are searching for a sign of a Divine Presence. This site may help in that search.
An interesting site named the Assertive Atheist defines the notion of Assertive Atheism like this.
For those who are into paper dolls, why not dress up Jesus?
Or maybe, dress up Muhammad the Prophet.
Created by a normal guy named Bob Smith.
Then there are the 666 arguments for the existence of God. The folk who created this link also have a page that lists dozens of wacky Theist sites. Check it out.
A MUST SEE is the Landover Baptist site.
Marty Luther is not the only Wittenburg Door poster.
The POE (not Edgar Allan) site is one of our favorite places.
The H.E.R.B.site offers hours of entertainment.
And a visit to the Doomsday Cults page is always a go.
And an Adult Christianity site meets many needs.
An interesting site is Sexed Up Atheists. A part of what they do is a dating service - BUT they also do many other things including a great collection of YouTube videos that is worth spending time with.
